William L. Everitt, dean of the College of Engineering, spoke on Soviet engineering education at a Thursday noon Faculty Forum luncheon at the University YMCA, during the fall 1959 Faculty Forum series, the 34th annual, "The Quest for Wholeness: Dilemmas and Creative Responses."
