Needed: More Blacks in Higher Education

A special forum: a panel of business, government and education leaders, with University of Illinois President David D. Henry presiding: Byron DeHaan of Caterpillar, Warren Bacon of Inland Steel, Jack Gable of Illinois Bell, and Donald Bourgeois. About 15 members of Students for a Democratic Society disrupted it over the dismissal of Paul Chandler, a former Black Students Association leader, and Henry walked out.
