Bridging the Partisan Divide

Kelly Blanden of Diversity & Social Justice Education opened; executive director Jim Hinterlong framed the fall series on democracy and citizenship, noted the Forum's 97th year, and read from a 1942 Forum address by University of Chicago president Robert Hutchins on the nature of democracy.
