Nick Sansone, an attorney with Public Citizen Litigation Group, traced step by step Public Citizen's suit on behalf of the AIDS Vaccine Advocacy Coalition and other nonprofits against the January 2025 foreign-aid freeze and the subsequent mass termination of USAID and State Department grants, through TROs, appeals and Supreme Court rulings.
